Many thousands of people there are not on the electricity grid and so cannot heat their homes any other way. Mongolia is rich in coal deposits. We see how the hospitals have the same children coming in time after time with breathing difficulties. The reporter talks to the mayor of the city, but they do not seem to be doing anything about it. Mongolia has huge extremes in temperatures -54C to +44C and so is more affected by climate change than most places.
